My Challenge Amtech Solution
I'm not sure our hiring practices are adequate to select candidates who can quickly achieve the productivity levels.
Our new hire training takes too long.

Our new hire training is not thorough enough.
Agents complain that the technology (phone, CRM, database, etc..) hinders their performance.

My Challenge Amtech Solution
We can't get our staffing model right to assure adequate call coverage.
Our supervisors don't do a good job of managing the schedules to assure proper coverage - they don't seem to understand the importance of queue management.
We need to look at other ways to organize our agents (into specializations) to best handle customer calls.
